In this comedy, eight mystery writers are invited to the remote island of world-famous author Vera Braxton. There, they take part in the “24-hour deadline challenge”, with a book deal at a prestigious publisher as the grand prize. Ready to come up with the plot for their own bestseller within 24 hours, they arrive on the island.
But what if they’re not just meant to write about the perfect murder—but also to commit it? Can this eclectic group of writers set aside their differences, or will they not survive the night? Who solves the murder and wins the prize? Who will make the deadline…
